We provide support services to a wide range of clients including people with disabilities, chronic ill health and those recovering from illness or injury
Disability
We are recognised as specialists in the provision of services to people with high level support needs physical disabilities. This group includes people who have congenital or acquired mobility impairments as a result of trauma or disease; including, but not exclusively, spinal cord injury, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, motor neurone disease, stroke, acquired brain injury etc. We are an approved service provider for the ADHC Attendant Care Program and the Home Care Service of NSW. ( See Below)
Chronic health conditions
We also offer short or long term in-home assistance to people with longstanding health conditions and chronic illnesses. Working in collaboration with the clients medical support services we can assist through a variety of care modalities, ranging from low key interventions such as companionship, monitoring and supervision to full personal care programs, including hygiene, toileting, medication administration and domestic help.
Care during convalescence, post discharge and rehabilitation
Our services also extend to the care and support of a person during a period of convalescence as they recover from an episode of ill health or because of increased debility following an accident. We work closely with referral agencies and community support programs to provide a service that helps the client achieve optimal health, wellbeing and independence. If the care required is part of a post hospital discharge rehabilitation program we have qualified health professionals in our team who can liaise with the persons treating medical team to effect more trouble free transition to home.
Tailored to meet your needs
Our services are always designed to fulfil the individual's specific needs. We personally assess each client and a comprehensive service plan (care plan) is created in consultation with the client and/or their family.

Government funded Care Programs
Are you eligible?
NSW Government Ageing Disability and home care (ADHC) Attendant Care Program
The ADHC Attendant Care Program package provides portable, flexible and individualised support for people with a physical disability or who need personal help to complete activities of daily living. Individuals may be eligible for an attendant care package if they:
- are between 16 and 65 years old.
- live in their own/family home or in their own leased/shared accommodation. People living and intending to continue living in supported accommodation such as group homes or residential care facilities are not eligible.
- are able to manage living in the community by accessing community supports.
- need more than 15 hours per week of personal assistance to complete activities of daily living.
- are ineligible or not suitable for other DADHC provided or funded accommodation services in the short to medium term.
The Attendant Care Program is a suitable option for people with:
- - a physical disability whose needs can be substantially met with personal care support and who can be involved in managing their care; or
- - an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and a physical disability (or who need physical assistance to complete tasks of daily living); or
- - a neurological degenerative condition including a rapidly degenerative condition; or
- - ventilation dependency (over 24 hours) in which case the package may be jointly funded and managed with NSW Health.

Fee for Service
If the service you require is not covered by any kind of funding, grant or allowance you can be assured that our fees are reasonable and competitive. Feel free to contact us to discuss your needs with our Manager.
We can provide you with assistance for the short or long term, with shifts from one hour to 24 hour, round the clock care.See the Services section for details of the care and support we can provide.
Compensible Clients
We accept referrals from rehab providers or insurers who require care services for clients who have sustained injuries that are covered by compensable schemes
